Comments: The driver parked so unreasonably close when there was simply not enough room for another car. Positioning and leaving an illegal gap of only 10 cm as opposed to 1 m from car in front of it which prevented other car from leaving (Penalty: $104 fine). Also parked within 10m of an intersecting road at an intersection, obstructing the vision of turning cars (Penalty: $242 fine).
