Swerving out of her lane whilst holding her mobile to her ear with her shoulder. I had to swerve to avoid her. Yelled at her, no response. sounded horn, no response. blipped the throttle, acknowledgment... I pointed to the phone, shook my head and moved over 2 lanes. next thing i know she is flying past me in my lane and speeding off. words were passed and she swerved again... blah blah blah basically i ended up knocking her mirror forward and informing the police. That all being said, just keep an eye out for her
