This moron with licence plate CRN11M was driving up Watkins St, Rockdale, crossing Harrow Rd south bound. There was a vehicle parked in th left lane which was easy to see except for this fool who decided to be a dick and speed up, overtake and swipe in front of me. Barely a few metres for this idiot to get out in front of me! Following this, they hit the brakes, put their hazard lights on and refused to continue driving after stopping at the next stop sign. I guess idiot wanted a reaction out of me (you failed).
