Comments: As I was waiting on the other side of an intersection as there was no room to advance with-out blocking it, he changed lanes behind me (with-out an indicator), I was already rolling forward as there was now room and he was still beside me, he accelerates mid intersection and jumps in front of me (again no indicator) casing me to be stuck in the middle of the intersection blocking traffic (once the lights changed about 15 seconds later). He seemed to think he did nothing wrong so I'll assuming he is just too stupid to be driving...
