Comments: Driver intimidate other driver to turn right against busy oncoming traffic (with tram lines as well) by honking and making hand gesture as well as mouthing what seems like abusive language. A minute after abuse, green light for turning right was on. Driver continue abuse car in front by blinking light and driving close by, even in a 40 zone. Please do not be intimidate to drive through oncoming traffic or pull over to be abuse. Just ignore. Driver past car in front at intersection and mouthing again abuse language.
