Comments: Not situational aware. Would not allow to myself to merge into a turning lane after indercateing. After finding a gap and merging in front of him, the driver started carrying on like a idiot shouting and sarcastically clapping his hands at the next merging lane after indicating. Proceeded to speed past unsafely cutting off other drivers and giving the finger out the window.
