Comments: The motor vehicle was a Honda Accord, approx. 2009 to 2011. I was merging onto the Kwinana Freeway, just south of Perth at the Canning Highway onramp, at about 5:20pm on Monday, 2nd December, 2013. I was behind another car and kept a safe distance (about 3 seconds between the car in front and myself). I noticed a silver Honda Accord, approx. 2009 to 2011 approaching from the rear, in my rear view mirror, as I approached the merge point. As I was merging, the silver Honda Accord flew past me, going faster than the 100km/h speed limit and cutting me off to the point that my car partially entered the emergency lane. The silver Honda Accord came close to the car initially in front of me to the point he had to brake hard and suddenly. I believe it is in my best interests to warn other drivers about this driver, even if the Police do not have sufficient evidence to issue a traffic conviction.
