Comments: The driver of this car is needs to be locked away. Unfortunately we had to take the same route so I had to follow him for a little while.
He drove exceedingly fast and put off a learner in front of me, cut me off With no blinker only to slow to 30km/h in a 50km/h zone, and put up his finger when we came to a stop 500 meters away from my destination.
The entire time I was forced to follow him he had no indicators or any actual ability to drive properly.
Don’t drive if you can’t drive, sir. Geez.
