Alex(11/7/15, 5:09 pm): Comments: Female driver of the car was texting while attempting to merge free a busy intersection. Would have certainly scratched both of our cars had I not let her merge even though she did not have her indicator on and was not paying attention to traffic and the fact that behind me cars were blocking the intersection. Very irresponsible and dangerous driver.
