Comments: This guy was blatantly throwing rubbish in black bags from the boot of his car into the bushes. When my car got close he stopped and stood in front of his number plate but his boot was still open showing the bags and as soon as i had just passed him he got back to it. I turned around and came back to look at his front number plate and he realized what was going on and picked up a rock and went to throw it at my car and yelled out 'fuck off you nosey slut.' I was too scared to turn back the way i was originally heading so i sat at the side of the road for 15mins and waited until i thought it was clear to head back. By then he had moved on.
