Burnouts, circles, speeding, wrong side of road and fish-tailing. 9:50am on 13/12/2015 coming out of Flamingo Rd onto Warrego Dr then up to Kingsford Smith Rd in Sanctuary Point NSW. Nearly hit a 4WD and just kept it from going into a fence. Driver with little skill and zero awareness of surroundings. Reported to Police.
