Driving to work this morning at 7.15 I was wondering why I was doing 40-50kms, breaking all the time in a 80km zone when I came across this driver. He was all over the road couldnt stay in his lane and had no idea how to drive.I finally got away from him on the bypass where he was doing 50kms in the overtaking lane. I am worried that this driver is going to cause a serious accident. Please be aware
