On the M1 on Friday 16th October at 3:39pm and for 30 mins after that before he turned off to Port Macquarie, he would accelerate when you tried to overtake him, then slow down so you would want to overtake. At one stage I had to increase speed to 140 km/h just to get past him. Then he overtook immediately. Talk about small man syndrome.
