Comments: Idiotic driver decided to cut off traffic from the middle lane (2) to right turn lane (4). However, as the maneuver was done right before the intersection and a red turn arrow was shown, he suddenly stopped dead in the middle of both lanes. Had to perform emergency braking and almost causing a rear-end collision.
