(19/12/11, 4:38 pm): Comments: L Plater on a motorbike was zipping around quite fast and obnoxiously in an underground carpark at Norwest Marketown, where the speed limit is 10ks. He was popping wheelies and zooming around and around with no regard to pedestrians, other cars, the speed limit or the amount of noise he was making. The carpark is attached to a child care centre, so there could have been an amount of children in the area.
