Driver(1/11/13, 2:27 pm): Comments: A panel van tried to pass me on the left in the bike lane. When I did no go fast enough, he tried to pass again but there was a parked car blocking his way.
When we followed me, he was dangerously tailgating on a day when the weather was terrible. Visibility was poor and it was bucketing down.
When I went to turn into my drive way, which is not far up, he once again, tried to pass on the left hand side but realised I was turning that way and drove around me on the right, crossing the line into oncoming traffic.
