Comments: The driver of this Hyundai Large Van - proceeded to cut off the driver in front of me, then slammed on his brakes and came to a complete stop, nearly causing a multiple car pile up. Then we got to the next set of traffic lights and he decides to ignore the green arrow to turn and got out of his car to go over the driver of the car HE CUT OFF and started yelling at the female driver. Now mind you, this was a huge, burley guy that was in full officer or security uniform and completely armed with all his weapons. I was terrified, I can only imagine how the driver of the other car felt.
