I then discovered later that afternoon, that fellow road user is actually my neighbor. He did not know that I saw him. I am a heavy vehicle driver, as Matthew is and he was in an employers vehicle. So thank you Matthew Jackson. I would like to see that you be publicly recognised for your 'constant constant constant', thinking about other road users.
