Merged behind him then changed to the right lane to pass him before encounter a slow moving vehicle ahead. The Toyota anticipating my move then speeds up to approx 115 km/hr to block any chance of safely pulling front of him and maintains at 90 km/hr that blocking position till the railway overpass before the Ingham rd turn off where traffic was able to finally safely pass.
