I suspect he is the ring leader but ice seen the car do burn outs & street racing in front of private cctv there. Stop this guy & put electronic bollards on all carparks after closing time or let the last shop raise them. It will limit the street racing around here heaps! It has been going on since 2009 with these current vehicles.
