Comments: Red P Plater texting on phone whilst driving it appeared. Failed to go through roundabout in sufficent time due to phone distraction and again at a turning arrow which stuffed everyone behind her (North Gillies Street). Proceeded to weave from side of lane to side of lane whilst texting (?) luckily avoided cyclist along Sturt Street.
