Smiles (21/6/16, 6:29 pm): Comments: This car sat at the lights for 5 sets of lights on a main road in peek hour traffic without turning right. There was no turning signal but the lights had gone green, and they could have pulled out and turned on the Amber. This car not only held up traffic (like myself) but almost caused several accidents as cars behind me (and myself) had to pull out from behind it to get around it as it would just not turn. It did not pull out even a little once the lights went green it just sat there with its indicator on as traffic tooted from behind. Then gave me the finger when I tooted. This car could have caused a major accident and held up a great deal of traffic during peak hour.
