Comments: Mr Nelson (as stated on his licence), hit the back of my car. This incident took place on Saturday 27th July 2012 between 8:10 and 8:15pm. His drivers licence states that he should be driving with glasses, which he was not. This could explain why he hit the back of the vehicle I was driving.
