Comments: 4:15pm Geelong Road, Brooklyn heading toward Grieve Pde turn off. This filthy poo coloured Nissan sedan turned in front of my car from the U-turn break in the road and FISH TAILED like an uneducated moron. Continued to speed, swerve & tailgate other drivers. Drove with his smelly arm out the window. Wearing a hi-vis. He looked like he would have B.O & probably a very small appendage
