Comments: Was walking along when someone in an older blue sedan containing 4 young adults decided to spray something on me (possibly water) and cackle; didn't even notice the car before the incident. Not sure if the driver was involved at all (seemed like it was a rear passanger), but it's not acceptable for anyone to think they can do something like that to a random member of the public, and so here seemed the most appropriate place to mention it.
