Comments: This white-haired woman in a brown CR-V rear-ended me mid-turn. Because I ended up facing the wrong way, she has decided to try pin the blame on me, saying I pulled a U-turn in front of her. Now I have an insurance battle on my hands. Prior to that, I was coming from the left lane after a light due to a car turning right after her. She didn't let me in/notice me until I almost hit a parked car so she only finally let me in by holding up the flow of traffic. She shouldn't be driving if she has so many lapses of concentration, especially if she won't take responsibility in the case of an accident.
