Kaleb(20/12/18, 7:40 am): Comments: Black SUV, not sure of the model though. Was about 6:55am on 20/12/18 noticed a driver on their Green P's that was backwards in a right turn lane, I was slightly confused until I realized they must have crossed the 2 lane highway and were trying to illegally turn around. After passing them they caught up and sped past me going well over 120 in a 100 zone then cut me off abruptly and slammed on the brakes. Luckily I was already cautious of the driver and managed to switch lanes before hitting the car. They then proceeded to speed up again and then just drove off at an alarmingly fast speed.
