Comments: The driver of this car turned into the path of my reversing car to access 45 degree angle parking using a right hand turn. As I was reversing out of my angle parking, I could not see him coming yet he could plainy see me. Right turning traffic should give way to aproaching traffic in any direction. This he failed to do. He cut me off and damaged my car. I could not stop in time nor see him coming as I was watching in the diretion of travel in my own lane. He turned from his lane into my path. He could have stopped or waited easily, but he did not! Caution, he is an older driver and may have health issues deteriorating his safe driving abilities.
